Privacy
Filabels is a free generator for printable filament labels. This page explains what the site stores on your computer and what Google can receive when you allow cookies.
What the generator stores
The label fields live in the page address so a link can reopen the same spool. The site also remembers, in local storage on your device, whether the FAQ, slicer settings, and contact form were open, and whether you accepted cookies. Rejecting cookies is not saved, so the question can be asked again on a later visit. Sending the contact form transmits the name, email, and message you typed so it can be delivered. That message is not used for advertising.
Cookies, analytics, and ads
Analytics and ads stay off until you accept cookies. Accepting loads Google Tag Manager, which measures how the generator is used, and Google AdSense, which shows an ad on the generator page. Those services can set and read cookies, and they can collect identifiers such as a cookie ID and your IP address. They use that information to measure traffic and to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
Third parties, including Google, may set or read cookies on your browser because of that advertising and measurement. You can reject cookies and keep using the generator. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
